Return and Exchange Policy
Customer Satisfaction First: We prioritize making you happy and stand behind our products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have options to get you into the perfect dress:
Exchanges:
- Size not quite right? Call 1-732-673-5233 or email us at support@lilfashionistas.com to exchange for a new size!
- Need to speak with one of our experts? Our team will help you with any return questions or issues you may have.
- All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Return Timeline:
- Initiation: Start your return within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping Back: Return items within 7 days of return approval.
How to Return:
- Click hereto initiate your return.
- Await approval and instruction email from our customer service team.
- Items MUST be sent back within 7 days of approval.
- All returns require a valid Return Authorization # (RA).
You must request an RA # by clicking the link below within 7 days from receiving your order.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers bear the return shipping costs, unless the item you received was damaged or defective upon receival of the item.
Return Conditions:
- Include your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and full name in the return package. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the return box.
All items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and MUST meet the following criteria:
- All tags must be attached.
- All original packaging must be included (hanger, dress bag, etc.)
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- No scents or odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- No pet hair or deodorant marks
- No rips or tears
- No signs of being worn (dirty, stains, makeup, missing hanger straps, etc.)
- Shoes should be in original, undamaged boxes.
- Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.
- Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Process:
- All items must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
- Expect refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
